  • Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after cancellation approval.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the booking.
  • Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Special Circumstances

Venue-Initiated Cancellations

  • If the venue cancels your booking for any reason, you will receive a full refund automatically.
  • You will be notified immediately if a venue cancels your booking.

Weather or Force Majeure Events

  • For cancellations due to extreme weather or other uncontrollable events, refunds will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
  • We may offer rescheduling options in lieu of refunds for these circumstances.

No-Show Policy

  • Failure to arrive for your booking without prior cancellation will be considered a "no-show".
  • No-shows are not eligible for any refund.
  • Repeated no-shows may result in restrictions on future bookings.

Rescheduling Policy

  • Bookings may be rescheduled up to 12 hours before the original booking time, subject to availability.
  • Rescheduling requests made within 12 hours of the booking time may incur additional fees.
  • You may reschedule your booking through your account dashboard or by contacting support.

Important Notes

  • All cancellation times are calculated based on the local time of the venue.
  • Promotional or discounted bookings may have different cancellation terms as specified at the time of purchase.
  • Third-party payment processing fees may not be refundable in some cases.
