  • myslot.lk is a booking platform and does not determine refund policies of individual venues.

Request Within 24 Hours of Booking Time:

  • Refund requests must be submitted at least 24 hours before the scheduled booking time.
  • Refunds requested within the 24-hour window will not be processed.

Refund Request Process

To request a refund, ensure the following steps are followed:

Provide Accurate Booking Details:

  • Name of the person who made the booking.
  • Reference number of the booking.
  • Court name.
  • Booked date and time.
  • The information provided must be accurate and up-to-date to facilitate verification.

Verification of Information:

  • Once the details are verified, you will be asked to provide your account information to process the refund.

Ensure Accuracy:

  • All details submitted must be accurate.
  • Incorrect or incomplete information may delay the refund process or lead to rejection of the request.

Refunds will be processed within 48 working hours from the time your request is verified and confirmed.

  • Booking details, including the phone number, name, and other necessary information, are essential for accurate verification.
  • Refunds are subject to individual court policies and may not be processed if the court does not allow refunds.
  • Ensure all details are filled out appropriately during the refund request to avoid delays.
