- Refund requests must be submitted at least 24 hours before the scheduled booking time.
- Refunds requested within the 24-hour window will not be processed.

- Name of the person who made the booking.
- Reference number of the booking.
- Court name.
- Booked date and time.
- The information provided must be accurate and up-to-date to facilitate verification.
Verification of Information:
- Once the details are verified, you will be asked to provide your account information to process the refund.
Ensure Accuracy:
- All details submitted must be accurate.
- Incorrect or incomplete information may delay the refund process or lead to rejection of the request.
